Our company - Glamorgan Brewing - is a family owned and run brewing company (3 generations), having been established since 1994. Every brew starts with wonderful Welsh water and the best ingredients we can lay our hands on.

We’re committed to quality at every point of the brewing process; from the raw ingredients we use to the designs on our pump clips and bottles - we want to brew the best beer that Wales has to offer.

Every keg, cask, bottle and sip is brewed at our home in Llantrisant. We’re constantly investing in equipment to help us brew better. We recently added two new sixty-barrel fermenters to the set up, custom engineered with extra-large manholes to allow us more control over our dry hopping.

Our total capacity when we’re full to bursting – happening more and more these days -is 270 brewers’ barrels. All our kegging and carbonation is done manually – it’s hard work but means we can check and adjust levels of fizz in search of the perfect sip.

A full time team of three run the brewery, lead by our head brewer Jamie Jones.
