I am a sole trader who makes hats and headwear. I use traditional millinery techniques, blocking hat bases on wood or polystyrene hat blocks. I hand sew all of my hats and make my own hat bases. I use a variety of materials including straw, buckram, silk and felt. I enjoy making wedding headwear, race event hats and fashion hats such as Fedoras. I make my own bespoke decorations for my hats but will use ready made decorations for those on a budget.

Attention to detail is very important to me and I would not sell an item that I didn’t feel happy with myself therefore be assured your item will be hand finished to a high standard. In 2024, I will be planning millinery events that would be perfect for small groups such as hen parties where you can learn and take away your own fascinator. As I am a sole trader, booking early is advised as it may take 4-6 weeks for orders to be completed.
